The JC-627 yarn storage feeder with steel wheel being treated by special technology to provide excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.  The customized 10mm intermediate shaft to ensure more stable yarn feeding. With the dedicated bearings, the yarn feeding become more smooth and less noise, it can bear high temperature and high speed, longer life.

Advantages

The steel wire of wheel is treated by special technology to provide excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The wheel is made of special metal and processed by CNC to ensure high precision and good tolerance. The surface of storage wheel is treated by special technology to guarantee high wear-ability and anti statics.

The storage wheel use the special craft manufacture. It has fine anti-corrosion and ant-attrition performance.

Front and back detector can be locked in order to adjust or run emptily. We adopt adjustable magnetic tensioner or manetic tensioner (according to customer's request) when the yarn is full to avoid over storage of yarn.
